This is a randomly selected prize draw (the “Promotion”).  The Offer and the Promotion are subject to the terms and conditions set out below (“Terms”). 

These Terms apply to the Offer and the Promotion; between individuals who participate in the Offer and/or enter the Promotion (“You”) and Hello Shutters Limited (Company Number 10608020) Our VAT number is GB262164028. 

By participating in the Offer, and/or entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Promotional materials relating to the Offer and Promotion, including all information on how to redeem or enter also form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between any term referred to in such promotional materials and these Terms, these Terms shall take precedence. 

The Offer Terms

• This Offer is valid from Monday 1st July 2024, until such time as it is withdrawn by Hello Shutters at its discretion, which may be at any time (the “Offer Window”). After Hello Shutters has withdrawn the Offer, it may no longer be redeemed.

• Hello Shutters reserves the right to cancel, amend or withdraw this Offer at any time where it considers it appropriate to do so, or where it is prevented from administering the Offer in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. 
• This Offer applies to Hello Shutters Products ordered for installation in the UK only.
• By redeeming the Offer, you irrevocably agree that your review may be used in Hello Shutters’ promotional, advertising or marketing material and otherwise in accordance with the terms of Hello Shutters’ designated third party review websites, and hereby grant Hello Shutters and Hello Shutters’ designated third party review websites a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty free, worldwide license for Hello Shutters to do the same. 

The Promotion Terms

Eligibility and Entry

• To be entered in the Promotion for a chance be randomly selected to receive a prize, an individual must have purchased a Hello Shutters product.
• Entrants to the Promotion must:
  • be aged at least 18 years old;
  • be legally resident within the United Kingdom; and
  • not be an employee or agents of Hello Shutters or any of its group, subsidiary or affiliated companies or their immediate families or members of their households, or otherwise connected with operation or fulfilment of the Promotion. 
• All individuals who comply with the requirements of clauses 13 and 14(individually an “Entrant”, and collectively, the “Entrants”) will be automatically entered into the Promotion’s random draw for the opportunity to win a prize (defined below). Prize will be drawn Quarterly.
• Multiple purchases within a qualifying quarter will be combined to the extent that the prize will be the total purchase price across those orders.
• Any entries which do not comply with the above entry requirements, or which are exempt in accordance with these Terms may not be accepted or regarded by Hello Shutters as valid and will not be put into the Prize draw
• The use of any script, macro, or any automated system to enter the Promotion is prohibited, and entries made (or which appear to have been made) using any such system may be treated as void at Hello Shutters’ discretion. Any illegible, incomplete, or fraudulent entries may be rejected. 
• Entrants may increase their number of entries into the Prize Draw by completing reviews of their purchase and engaging across social channels as described above.
• The Winner may be required to submit such identification as may be specified by Hello Shutters, via such mechanism as may be specified by Hello Shutters (which includes Hello Shutters specifying the form and format of submission), within 7 days before receiving their Prize. Failure by the Winner to submit specified identification to Hello Shutters via such mechanism as Hello Shutters may specify within the timeframe specified may result in the Prize being void for that Winner and Hello Shutters may re-draw the prize as many such times as are necessary to select a valid entry. 

Prize Draw

• The Promotion will have one Prize draw to be conducted quarterly, and the winner will be the first entrant whose details are chosen at random, using a computer process that produces verifiably random results, from all complete, eligible, entries properly submitted in the relevant quarter, which satisfy the requirements set out under Eligibility and Entry above, subject to any checks made by Hello Shutters after such a draw is completed to ensure that the winner was not ineligible and the entry not invalid. 
• There will be one Winner. The Prize will be a refund of the amount paid in respect of the Hello Shutters product purchased, payable by Hello Shutters within 30 days of being awarded the Prize.
• The winner will be contacted via email within 7 days of the Prize being drawn. The Winner must reply to such an email within 7 days in order to claim the Prize. 
• The Prize is as stated and is non-exchangeable and non-transferable by any Winners. By participating in the Promotion, Entrants agree that the Prize is awarded on an "as is" basis, and that neither Hello Shutters nor any of its subsidiary or affiliated companies, make any representations or warranties of any nature with respect to the Prize. 
• If (i) Hello Shutters is unable to contact the winner for whatever reason within 7 days of the Prize being awarded as set out in clause 22 above, or (ii) Hello Shutters has not received correspondence from the Winner 7 clear days after first contacting the winner as set out in clause 22 above, then Hello Shutters may re-draw the prize as many such times as are necessary to select a winner who replies within the 7 clear day window stipulated. 
• If, for reasons beyond Hello Shutters’ reasonable control and not related to the Winner, Hello Shutters is unable to award the Prize as described in these Terms, Hello Shutters reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to award a prize of a similar nature and an equivalent value. 
• By entering the Promotion, Entrants agree they may have their first initial, surname, and county of residence featured in publicity materials relating to the Promotion on platforms including, but not limited to, Instagram, Twitter, the Website, and Facebook, without further reference, payment or other compensation. This is to allow Hello Shutters to comply with rule 8.28.5 of the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing.  
• Hello Shutters' decisions in relation to the Winner or administration of the Promotion are final and Hello Shutters is not obliged to enter into any correspondence with participants unless they have won the Prize. 

Data

• Hello Shutters will collect and process participants' personal information to the extent necessary to conduct the Promotion, including for the Prize to be awarded and made available to the Winner. Hello Shutters may also process data for marketing purposes provided always that the Entrant has consented thereto when filling out the entry form. Participants' names and other personal details from their entry to the Promotion may be collected, stored, and processed by Hello Shutters at all times in accordance with the applicable privacy policy in place from time to time (see https://HelloShutters.co.uk/privacy for further information). A Winner’s details will be made publicly available as per Clause 26 above. 

Cancellation and Liability

• Hello Shutters reserves, at all times, the right to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part, at its sole discretion in circumstances which include but are not limited to, if it believes the Promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified within these Terms or in the event of any virus, a computer bug, or unauthorized human intervention, act of nature or any other cause that is beyond the reasonable control of Hello Shutters that could affect or corrupt the administration, security, impartiality or normal course of the Promotion, or where behaviour or conduct otherwise than in accordance with the spirit of the Promotion is detected by Hello Shutters. 
• Neither Hello Shutters nor any of its subsidiary or affiliated companies are responsible for any condition, circumstances, losses, failures, or delays caused by events beyond its, or their, control, or that may lead to loss or damage of the Prize in transit to the winner. 
• Hello Shutters will not be responsible for any expense, cost, loss, or damage which results from participants' entry into the Promotion or their acceptance and or use of the Prize, or for technical, hardware or software failures, lost, faulty or unavailable network connections or difficulties of any kind that may limit or prohibit their ability to participate in the Promotion. Hello Shutters will not be responsible for and have no obligations in respect of any lost, damaged, defaced, incomplete, illegible, or otherwise unreadable entries. Nothing in these Terms shall in any way limit Hello Shutters' liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for any other matter where liability may not as a matter of law be limited.

Invalidation

• Any participant who enters or attempts to enter the Promotion in a manner, which in Hello Shutters' sole determination is contrary to these Terms or by its nature is unjust to other entrants (including without limitation tampering with the operation of the Promotion, cheating, hacking, deception or any other unfair practices such as intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Hello Shutters and/or any of its agents or representatives) or any fraudulent entry may be rejected from the Prize Draws at Hello Shutters' sole discretion. Furthermore, where such actions have significantly impaired the functioning of the Promotion, Hello Shutters may, at its sole discretion, add further stages to the Promotion as it deems necessary to resolve any problems arising because of such actions

Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by English law. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute or claim arising in association with the Promotion or these Terms.
